So I thought I would introduce myself so that if people begin to read this they will be able to know who is behind ‘flex with bex’!
I am Bex! I am a 21 and I am currently studying at the University of Exeter reading Politics and Law.
Now fitness, nutrition and flexinnnn is a world away from my degree, but I love it!
After some serious deliberations about what I am going to do with my life and some pretty extreme procrastination, to get away from my dissertation, I have decided to set up this blog!
For me exercise is an escape and an important part of my lifestyle. Now I am not sat here saying that I am an angel who doesn’t drink, partying or regularly eat myself into a food coma, but I am a keen advocator of a predominately healthy but balanced lifestyle.
Going to university, living away from home and all the treats and distractions that come with the experience, does make healthy living rather troublesome!
So my main focus is going to be sharing my experiences and helpful hint, tips and shortcuts that hopefully will inspire you guys.
When thinking about what to call this, I came up with a long list of names all plausible and professional (yes I am a planner who thought what if this actually becomes something), but none of them represented what I wanted to portray from this blog. Flex with Bex made the cut because it is fun, relatable and I am a fan of some bright active wear, so thought I would bring back a bit of the 80s!!
I hope to find a few followers on the way, and hopefully share some knowledge! Please be kind as I am new to all of this and any constructive feedback would be amazing.
